  • What do I have to do before the service?
Before the detailing process, kindly remove all personal items, including car seats, seat covers, and steering wheel covers. Please note that we do not remove seats from the vehicle; it's the customer's responsibility.
  • Do we use harsh chemicals?
Rest assured, all our chemicals are eco-friendly and undergo rigorous testing to meet our high standards. Your satisfaction and the well-being of the environment are our top priorities.
  • Can we remove every stain?
At times, certain stains may pose challenges, and we cannot guarantee the complete removal of every stain. However, our dedicated goal is to achieve a significant improvement in your vehicle's interior.
  • How do I pay?
We welcome payments via Credit, Debit, and Cash.
  • Thinking of selling or trading in your vehicle?
Auto detailing has proven to be highly effective in enhancing the resale or trade-in value of your car. If you are planning to sell or trade your vehicle, we recommend having it detailed within a week of the transaction. Many individuals opt for auto detailing when preparing to sell their cars, as it significantly improves the vehicle's overall appearance and appeal.
  • How often should I have my vehicle detailed?
The frequency of car cleaning and detailing can vary based on your preferences and the vehicle's condition. As a general guideline, having your car detailed twice a year is recommended. However, if your car tends to get dirty more frequently, we suggest considering our maintenance plan. Joining this plan will help keep your vehicle in excellent condition, extend its lifespan, and preserve its value. Our maintenance plan ensures regular care to keep your car looking its best at all times.
  • How do you know if your vehicle doesn't have protection?
After washing and drying your car, run your hand along the upper surfaces. Any rough spots or lack of smoothness indicate a need for protection. Another way is to spray water on the vehicle and observe the droplets. Tight beading means proper protection, while loose beads or none suggest immediate protection is required.
  • Why is my paint rough?
The rough texture of your paint can be attributed to overspray or contaminants that cannot be removed through a regular contact wash. To address this issue, we employ a specialized Iron remover that transforms contaminants into a purple hue. Subsequently, we utilize a clay bar to pick up any remaining impurities, ensuring that the protection adheres more effectively to the paint surface. For optimal results, we recommend decontaminating your vehicle in the Spring and before the Winter seasons. The longer contaminants remain on your paint, the greater the potential damage to your vehicle in the long term. At our professional detailing service, we prioritize thorough decontamination to maintain the pristine condition of your car's paintwork and safeguard its longevity.
  • Benefits of engine bay detailing?
Early issue detection for timely maintenance. Corrosion prevention for longevity. Extended component lifespan for reliability. Reduced fire hazards for safety. Enjoyable maintenance with easy access. Increased resale value due to well-maintained condition.
  • How often should I have my leather cleaned and conditioned?
Regular cleaning and conditioning of leather are essential to maintain its quality and appearance. Just like our skin, leather requires proper care to prevent cracking and deterioration due to accumulated dirt and grime. We recommend cleaning and conditioning your leather every 2-3 months to keep it supple, resilient, and looking its best. Our professional detailing service ensures your leather receives the care it deserves, enhancing its longevity and overall aesthetic appeal.
  • Are car washes and touchless washes good for my vehicle?
There are numerous reasons why automatic car washes and touchless washes may not be the best option for your vehicle's care. Water Quality: Automatic car washes often recycle water, leading to the use of water filled with dirt and old soap, which can be abrasive to your vehicle's paint and finish. Abrasive Chemicals: The soap and chemicals used in these washes can be harsh and potentially cause damage to your car's clear coat and paint. Brush Scratches: The rotating brushes in automatic car washes leave scratches on your vehicle's surface, affecting its appearance. Paint Protection Removal: These car washes may strip off any protection you have on your paint, compromising the long-term protection of your vehicle's finish. For the best care and preservation of your car's appearance, it is recommended to opt for RejuvenAuto Detail professional detailing services that use gentle, high-quality products and techniques.
  • Is it safe to leave bug guts and bird droppings on my paint?
Bugs and bird droppings are highly acidic and can be damaging to your vehicle's paint if left unattended for an extended period. Their acidic nature can eat through the protective clear coat and paint, leading to unsightly etching and potential long-term damage. It is crucial to promptly remove bugs and bird droppings from your car's surface to prevent any harm and preserve the paint's integrity.
  • Is ammonia glass cleaner safe for my tinted windows?
When cleaning tinted windows, it is crucial to use ammonia-free products to avoid damaging the tint film. Ammonia-based cleaners can cause the tint to bubble, discolor, or peel off over time, compromising the appearance and effectiveness of the window tint.
  • Can I use a regular towel to dry my car?
Using regular towels or abrasive materials to dry your car can cause scratches and swirl marks on the paint surface. Instead, we highly recommend using an ultra-soft microfiber drying towel for a safe and effective drying process. Microfiber towels are designed to be gentle on your car's paint and have excellent water-absorbing properties, allowing for a scratch-free and streak-free drying experience.
  • Can I use dish soap or other household detergents to clean my vehicle?
Soaps that are not specifically formulated for car washing can indeed be too harsh on your vehicle's paint job and may contain ingredients that can strip away protection and finishes. Using the wrong soap can compromise the paint's shine and longevity, leaving it vulnerable to environmental elements and damage. To maintain the beauty and protection of your car's paint, it's essential to use high-quality, pH-balanced car wash soaps that are specifically designed for automotive use. These car wash soaps are gentle on the paint while effectively removing dirt and grime without damaging the finish or protective coatings.
